IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

  • Friday, 10/4/13 – Donate to the Harvest Festival beer garden…..
  • 30-pack = 1 fundraising hour, or four 30-packs = 5 fundraising hours.
  • Beer labels accepted: Coors, Coors Light, Corona, Bud Light, Pabst Blue Ribbon. Please complete attached form. (children may not transport alcoholic beverages)
  • Friday, 10/11/13 – Donate a 6-pack of water for FREE DRESS.
  • Wednesday, 10/16/13 – Donate a 6-pack of name brand soda for FREE DRESS.

Earn Your Fundraising Hours!

  • Sign up for a Shift! – Go to volunteerspot.com to select shifts for the rides, food or class booths.
  • Donate to General Store! – 1 hour of fundraising credit for every $30 in items donated. Contact Chairperson, Edie Gardner, edieg@att.net
  • Donate to Silent Auction! – 1 hour of fundraising credit for every $30 donation. Contact Sheryl Sanchez at sherylsanchez19@yahoo.com.
