Robotics Workshop: CarCreator! grades 1-5
Build 3 awesome cars to take home: the Propeller Racer, the Electric Dragster, and the Camaro Concept Car! Gain knowledge of motor and gears to create super cool vehicles such as Solar Powered Racers, Balloon Buggies, and Fold-N-Roll Racers that youu’ll compete with in the Parker-Anderson Grand Prix! Skateboarding grades K-5
In this action-packed class, beginner and intermediate skateboarders will experience the thrill of riding. Skilled and experienced instructor, Tim Shepard, leads students through an introduction to basic skateboarding techniques like proper foot placement, pushing, and steering, learning to ollie, and bail. But the class emphasis is really on having fun! Students need their own board and helmet. Class size is limited to 12 students on a first come first serve basis.

“NEW” Sports World TK-4 instructor Patrick Hayes
The Sports World program is a fun and exciting way for kids to develop their motor skills while leaning the basics of many different sports and games. Dribbling, passing, shooting, and hand-eye coordination are all practiced as students play basketball, soccer, dodge ball, capture the flag, and much, much, more. Our emphasis is on sportsmanship.
“NEW” Music and Movement to today’s hit music! Instructor Gaelle MacDonald
This new and exciting class provides freedom of movement in a fun & free atmosphere. Children learn to control & coordinate their bodies while working together, to the tunes of Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber just to name a few! Gaelle was born and raised in Paris, France and came to the US in 1994. She has 4 children, 3 sons who graduated from St. Rita and a daughter Lilie, currently in kindergarten.
Wildlife Biology K-5
Taught by a wildlife biologist, students will explore the natural world, acquire tips and tools to spot wildlife while camping and on hikes, and learn all about animals’ natural habitats. Marine Biology grades K-5

Cooking with Mrs. Khraich grades K-8
In this scrumptious class, kids will tantalize their taste buds and have fun with food! Different recipes each week! Learn the math of measuring, nutrition, dining etiquette and cooperation skills. We will have lots of fun with making Ice-cream, S’mores, lots of fun summer ideas preparing in the kitchen and outside. Class size is limited to 10 students on a first come first serve basis.
Anime, Cartooning, & Comic Creations
Cartooning is a great way to learn how to sketch and draw. You will learn to create your own characters as well as popular characters from Disney, Anime, and more! Math Magic grades K- 5

Chess Club grades 1-8
Class size will be limited to 12 on a first come first serve. How do you make kids smarter? With chess! Chess teaches kids how to analyze strategic situations. By getting kids to focus, concentrate, anticipate, and evaluate, Chess can help your child to develop abstract thinking skills. Chess also teaches your child to plan, organize, and multi-task they are thinking. And best of all, coach Jeff is a certified instructor and will make it interesting and fun. Sign up today! Weeks of after-school chess consisting of a group lesson, playtime/tournament and 1-on-1 instructions during playtime.
Disc/Frisbee Golf K-8
Join us for active fun while learning how to play like a pro. Your instructor will provide you with the best techniques to master this wonderful sport. Like ball golf the objective is to complete each hole in the fewest strokes or fewest throws. Disc/Frisbee golf stimulates mind and body while promoting critical thinking. According to the Professional Disc Golf Association this sport has a very low risk of injury. So come learn, play, and exercise. Players will be provided with the best flying disc/frisbees and their very own golf bag.
