Bevaris Alliance


Bevaris Alliance and our Food Service Provider, has partnered with MySchoolAccount.com to bring you an online service to pre-order your student’s lunches. This service offers you the ability to pre-order your Pre-School, TK, Kindergarten, Elementary or Middle School children’s meal, make deposits directly into their meal accounts, transfer funds between students and have an email reminder sent to you when an account balance gets low. Deposits and pre-orders can be made through ACH or Credit Card payments. Each child’s account will be updated instantly so that pre-orders and account balance information will be current.

In order to take advantage of this service, you will need to create a parent account. This requires you to:

  1. Go to www.myschoolaccount.com
  2. Click “Create Account” on the top menu bar.
  3. Fill in the required information on the “Parent Account Sign-Up page.”
  4. Choose Bevaris from the “School District” drop down menu.
  5. Create a User ID and Password
  6. Click the “Accept” box, and then click “Signup.” An email will be sent to your email address that will contain a “verification code.”
  7. After you receive the “verification code” you may begin to add your children’s information. To do this, you will need to:
  1. Go to and login using your previously created user ID and password.
  2. Enter the “verification code” to verify your account and email address.
  3. Begin adding your children’s information according to the guidelines provided. You will need your school’s designation code and each of your children’s student ID** numbers to add each student
  4. Your school’s DESIGNATION CODE must precede your children’s ID# [** If you do not know your student’s ID #, please contact Bevaris-South Team at [email protected]

After the students are added you will be able to preorder your student’s lunches, view account activity and make payments to the student lunch account.

Note: A parent account can be linked to many children, but a child can only be linked to one parent.

We urge you to take full advantage of this system by pre-ordering your student’s meals, a month in advance.

On-line payments: There will be a fee of $2.00 for all payments made through checking/savings accounts per transaction. There is a 4.75% fee associated with all credit card payments.

Drop-off payments(no fees applied): You may also drop off a check in an envelope to the Cafeteria after creating your account. Please make sure to have your child’s full name and student ID written on the check. Check’s will take several days to reflect on the account.
